Some clients require specialized diets for a number of reasons. Perhaps you’re vegan or vegetarian, or have a gluten allergy… That certainly does not mean that you’ve been excluded from the ability to build muscle or maintain a lean healthy body! And many people who eat a specialized diet on their own never truly learn how to replace the nutrition in the items that they’ve removed.
